Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All ticket sales are final, except under the conditions outlined below.


2. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled:
Users are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days


3. Event Postponement
If an event is postponed:
Tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be requested within [X days] of announcement


4. User-Initiated Refunds
Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of plans
  • No-shows
  • Late arrivals


5. Duplicate or Fraudulent Purchases
If duplicate charges occur:

  • Contact support within 48 hours
  • Verified cases will be refunded


6. Service Fees
Booking/service fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.


7. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
